Welcome to our Tuesday Healthy Recipe update. To make this website organized and interesting, I will be discussing healthy recipes every Tuesdays. The essence is that we learn new things every week to aid our wellness journey. Today is a smoothie recipe I love not so much because I am not a sweet tooth person but occassionally I have it and also use this to encourage my children to eat healthy.
Try this and thank me later.
- 1 frozen banana.
- ½ cup blueberries.
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder.
- 1 cup almond milk.
- ¼-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder.
Add all items to the blender and blend till smooth.
