Hi Moms,

I’m constantly trying and testing new skincare, simply because my skin is so fussy that it takes forever to find products that truly work! This is why I’ve whittled down my top 5 skincare products that even my sensitive skin craves by the end of the day!

Clicking on any link below will direct you to where you can purchase that specific product.

1) Chamomile & Carrot Seed Eye Cream

If you’re anything like me then you’re not getting much sleep, meaning under my eyes always look an utter state! This has meant that eye cream has become my go-to every morning – an essential in my skincare routine.

I like to keep it as natural as possible around my eyes, simply because they’re so delicate. I always refer to the skin around my eyes as tissue paper, how and what products we apply must be considered carefully. If there is not a practical reason for an ingredient within the cream then its probably best to avoid it.

A message from the supplier:

“If you are looking for an eye cream that covers all bases, this little tub of goodness is for you! This little gem tightens and firms the eye area, reduces under-eye circles and puffiness, repairs damaged skin and is packed full of antioxidants and vitamins, all of which help reverse the signs of ageing.”

2) Revive Face Oil

Facial oil is so often overlooked, yet it is a staple in my beauty bag – nothing makes my face glow quite like it. Despite common belief, facial oil is suitable for all skin types as long as applied correctly, not to mention their ability to repair and protect your natural skins barrier.

A message from the supplier:

“Our Revive Face Oil won The Editors Choice Award at The Beauty Shortlist Awards. It’s perfect for dry to normal skin and is infused with Jasmine and Neroli for a beautifully scented experience. Our formulation helps to revive dull skin, protecting it from environmental damage whilst hydrating, leaving you with a lovely natural glow. A must have product in your beauty bag!”

3) Micellar Water with Aloe & Lavender

I use to fight with my makeup at the end of every day, it used to take ages to properly remove even the smallest amount of mascara and lipstick; worst of all, if it wasn’t done properly I would be met with acne by the morning. This was until I began using Micellar water instead of other wipes and cleansers. When I made the swap I saw a complete difference in my skin within a number of days, redness and irritation seem to completely disappear since I was no longer scrubbing my skin with harsh ingredients.

A message from the supplier:

“Our soothing micellar water is completely vegan, plastic free and environmentally friendly.

Formulated with soothing aloe vera, lavender and a natural surfactant to gently but effectively cleanse skin and remove all traces of makeup and impurities.”

4) Cleansing Facial Sponge

The perfect pair to my Micellar water obsession are these eco-friendly cleansing pads that allow for gentle makeup removal – nothing feels softer on my skin.

A message from the supplier:

“These dual sided Facial Sponges are super soft and gentle, made up of fine fibres to ensure a deep, thorough clean.
It is the perfect product to have at home, take on your travels and holidays, and you can even throw it in your gym bag.

Our Facial Sponges aren’t just for make-up wearers, you can use the Facial Sponge to clean away any dirt and oils that have built up during the day, and freshen ones skin!”

5) Rose Water & Witch Hazel Facial Toner

If you’re not using toner before moisturising you’re missing out on real differences! To be used in between cleansing and moisturising, this often overlooked step works to prepare skin for moisturising.

What is great about this toner specifically is that it is alcohol free! Meaning for those with darker skin tones it won’t make your skin appear ashy – much like other toners.

A message from the supplier:

“We have blended Organic Rose Petal Hydrosol with alcohol free Witch Hazel Hydrosol and coconut derived Glycerine to create a nourishing facial tonic that softens, hydrates and tones the skin. This tonic is best used after cleansing to help tighten pores, remove any make up residue, dirt and oil, replenish skin cells and promote a soft, smooth complexion.”
