#6. Replacing your bad habits

Today we’ll talk about replacing our bad habits with good and healthy ones

1). Instead of snacking on junk food why don’t you snack on Fruits and vegetables; like apples, cucumbers, brocolli, carrots etc

step 1: clean your refrigerator, take out all the chocolates; apart from the dark ones which i  hear are pretty healthy, take out biscuits, alcohol and soft drinks replace them with fruits and vegetables, coconut water and coconut milk.

  1. Drinking water on an empty stomach purifies the colon, making it easier to absorb nutrients, try drinking a glass of water once you wake up. I keep a bottle of water by my bedside at night. Once I wake up, I drink it right away. With that I don’t forget.
  2. Water Increases the production of new blood and muscle cells
  3. It helps with weight loss:Drinking at least 16 ounces of chilled water can boost your metabolism by 24% in the morning
  4. Glowing Skin. Okay moms…here we are ’Clear Skin’… Water helps to purge toxins from the blood which help keeps your skin glowing and clear, balances your Lymph
    System: These glands help you perform your daily functions, balance your body fluids, and fight infection.

Step 2: Replace water with fizzy drinks

some of us are so addicted to fizzy drinks, we can’t let go of them. It’s time to make up your mind start reducing your intake and taking water instead. Water has a lot of benefits and drinking will do you no harm.

step 3: Prepare your meals ahead of time, so you don’t end up skipping breakfast, snacking  unhealthy foods and sneaking out at night to eat.

Step 4: Keep unhealthy foods and snacks away from you

Step 5: Always carry a bottle of water, some fruits in you bag for a quick fix
