I went to a spa and cucumber was placed on my eyes when I asked the lady why she was using cucumber on my eyes ‘she said its good for the skin. Boom!!! something struck me and I decided to do a research on it plus I really have something with this special fruit ‘cucumber’ so today I have decided to share its benefits, nutritional facts and what you can make out of it.

You can take fruits in the morning, there are a lot of fruits that can keep your energy level up, eat fruit on an empty stomach, you can combine them with food. I will extensively discuss this soon. Beautiful question thanks

Can cucumber when blended be used as facial sub?
Yes you can…Blend until smooth, then apply to your face and relax for 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Let me know how you felt afterwards?

I went on a serious diet last month, replacing carbs with lots of veggies and fruit. I consciously take cucumber everyday either as a snack, in my salad or blend as green smoothies. Everyone around me is amazed at how clear my skin is now, plus it did wonders to my complexion.

Nice Job Sis, Cucumber is one of favourite vegetables. I use it very well on my skin, as smoothie, facial scrub and under my eye circle and my skin is looking more clearer than before. It is so amazing .
