Today, i’ll explore 3 healthy sandwich recipes
1. The Tuna Cheese Sandwich-my kids delight
Ingredients
-1 Canned Tuna fish
– 2 tspn cream cheese
-a handful of parsley
-1 tspn of light mayonnaise
-whole meal bread or white bread
method
Take out the tuna fish and drain the water in it out, add to the bowl, add the cheese and mayonnaise. Chop the parsley and mix thoroughly
2. The Avocado Sandwich- my ideal
ingredients
-half avocado
-1 canned sandwich
-1 egg boiled
-half cucumber
-whole meal or white bread
-1 cherry tomato
method
add the avocado and sandwich to a bowl and mix
slice your tomato, egg and cucumber
paste the sandwich mix on your bread, add the slices and it’s ready to serve
3. The traditional sandwich
Ingredients
-1 tablespoon of butter
-1 canned sandwich or mackerel
-1 egg boiled
-half cucumber
-whole meal or white bread
-1 cherry tomato
-1 small onion
method
add the butter and sandwich to a bowl and mix
slice your tomato, egg, onion and cucumber
paste the sandwich mix on your bread, add the slices and it’s ready to serve.
