I hope we are all preparing towards 2018. I feel so good even calling out the numbers. It’s going to be a great year. This holiday for me is all about exploring different meals. Today, I came up with the prawns salad. Very simple to make.
Ingredients
2 eggs
100g prawns
100g carrots
100g green peas
100g sweet corn
a handful of lettuce and 1 cabbage
peparation
wash all vegetables
boil the eggs and prawns (10mins)
when everything is prep, then add all together. You can use dressing but I don’t do dressings. I love my salad raw.
