Christmas is here. I am so happy. What have I been up to? Thinking of ways to make my Christmas fun and at the same time healthy. Isn’t that what we all want? Today I have decided to bring a yummy smoothie recipe. I all it my bonbon Christmas smoothie. Hope you will like it?
You can use this as your dessert as well to be part of your meals.
- Low fat ice cream
Blend a handful of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, black berries and 1 banana
Add to a cup
Add a little low fat ice cream to the cup as well
Squeeze out your cherries as juice and top up.
Then your bonbon Christmas smoothie is set .
