In short, a wide variety of foods that you can combine and get varied and delicious meals, as well as nutritious and full of properties. So… What are Super foods?

All those foods that have a high nutritional level or are “super nourished”, have been called super foods. This means that they have:

  • They provide a high content of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals
