With watermelon you have a consistent hydration because it contains 90% water.
A cup of frozen water melon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
mint leaf (optional and for giving your drink an extra flavor)
Add your frozen fruit to a blender and blend with the lemon juice
Simple and straight forward.
