Healthy turmeric tea with black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and gin

Happy new week and i hope we all are doing well today. I decided to put together 3 detox tea that can help you loose weight and belly fat. These is to all those moms who have been asking what to do.

1 Turmeric Detox Tea:

This tea is very helpful when it comes to cleansing our systems. it is recommended to drink this in the morning

  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Add all to a cup of boiled water

2. The Ginger Tea

  • 1 ginger root
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple vaniger
  • Add all to a cup of boiled water

3. The Cucumber Mix tea 

  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • mint leaf
  • Grated ginger root
  • Lemon sliced
  • Add all to a jug of water, allow it to infused overnight then drink all the next morning

4. The Cinnamon Detox tea 

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • add all to a cup of boiled water and take on an empty stomach for better result.
