Hello Moms,image.jpeg

Happy new week and a happy new month to you all. My husband and I have been on this therapy using Ginger for just 2weeks and trust me I am gradually dropping out of a size 10 dress to a size 8 and he his already feeling good about himself.

Although research shows several health benefits of Ginger, I will share with you the 5 things I have benefitted from using Ginger.

If you know me you’ll know I love trying out things on myself. So before I let you in on anything I always like to prove how effective it is. So here we are with ginger.

Ginger is a very important plant, here’s what Wikipedia says about it: Ginger is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or simply ginger, is widely used as a spice or a folk medicine. It is a herbaceous perennial which grows annual stems about a meter tall bearing narrow green leaves and yellow flowers.

My Top 5 benefits

Top 1: Ginger has been useful for me in my weight loss journey. It was quite easy to go from a size 16 to a size 10 but moving from size 10 to 8 was beginning to take longer, so I decided to try a different means and I am so glad I see results and I have also started sharing these secrets with our closed group.

Top 2: Bloating: I suffered so much bloating in the past and was almost stuck with my belly always puffed out but since I started using Ginger the way I do I can’t remember feeling bloated the past 2weeks.

Top 3: Ginger has a long history of use for relieving digestive problems such as nausea, loss of appetite, motion sickness and pain (medical news today.com)

Top 4. When I read this report from medicalnewstoday.com I really did not believe That Ginger has also been found to reduce the symptoms of dysmenorrhea (severe pain during a menstrual cycle). In one study, 83% of women taking ginger capsules reported improvements in pain symptoms compared to 47% of those on placebo. Until I tried it. So if you suffer severe menstrual pain try Ginger.

Top 5: Reduces belly fat; I wonder how myself but after I looked at myself today I realized Ginger is very good food if you are looking at reducing your belly fat.

Other Benefits include

According to authoritynutrition.com ‘Ginger May Drastically Lower Blood Sugars and Improve Heart Disease Risk Factors’

Their report also show that Ginger May Lower Cholesterol Levels as well as prevent cancer.
