I hope you are all doing well and staying focus on your weight loss journey? So today I came back from church thinking of what I can make. I decided I was going to treat my family to a yummy rice. Here are the tips if you love the look;
I made rice salad with peas, eggs, tomatoes, Romaine lettuce, sweet corn, carrots, sausage and cucumber. Feel free to explore with other fruits and veggies.

made my rice with spice in it then mix up the salad in the rice. With that all my vegetables stay fresh and crunchy. Â Simple and easy..
