I made rice salad with peas, eggs, tomatoes, Romaine lettuce, sweet corn, carrots, sausage and cucumber. Feel free to explore with other fruits and veggies.

made my rice with spice in it then mix up the salad in the rice. With that all my vegetables stay fresh and crunchy. Simple and easy..
