#13. Shopping list; get your baskets ready

I will be challenging you to a 7 day pure detox… If you want to be part of this challenge feel free to sign up for this.

The shopping list is below, so get your blenders ready. I am super excited about my basket. Yes I expect you to do same. Take this week out to get your items ready. If there are things on my list that you can’t get access to, feel free to substitute.

this detox week will be a week of cleansing our bodies from all the toxins and waste that has been stored up. if you want to take part in this, follow us that’s all we require and i will send the meal plan to you. here are the items.

I buy a lot of things because I do not always have the time to do groceries, my 24hr is fully booked. So my groceries are done once in 2weeks. I prepare and preserve all I need for a period of 2weeks. Feel free to buy what you need for our 7day detox.
