It’s Saturday, a good day to relax and/or rest. You can try any of these recipes to help you relax better. Its good for the whole family as well.
Smoothie 1-The Berry Blast
1 cup of Blueberries
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of blackberries
half cup of raspberries
A cup of Almond milk
Blend all together
Smoothie 2- The banana smoothie
2 bananas
1 cup strawberry
1 cup almond nuts
A cup of coconut water.
