Wash your fruits and vegetables thoroughly
take out the skin for those fruits that you need to
Chop your fruits into pieces
Get preservative bags
Put them accordingly
store all items in the freezer
These are the simple steps on how to P & P your fruits and veggies
the detox begins on the 1st August. All emails have been sent out to those shortlisted, if you haven’t been sent any email, I sincerely apologise and suggest you wait for the next detox batch.
for all those on this detox plan, after 7days, you will have to send your reviews to us via email; the best reviews will move further to a 1 month meal challenge.
